Motor Control
Your brain controls your movement. Many people believe intuitively that the body is separated from the brain when we speak about the body movements and that somehow the function of controlling our movements resides in the physical body.
In reality, the brain plays a major role in our body motricity. Motor controls are the information processing activities carried out by our central nervous system that helps us organize, move and coordinate our movements and muscles. It is an essential element of the human life and allows us to do many of our daily activities.
