What is it?

Mindfulness can be simply defined as conscious awareness of the present moment without judgment.

Our minds are made up of deeply ingrained habitual neural patterns that repeat over and over. The thing is, stressful, depressive, anxiety inducing thoughts all follow habitual patterns. Mindfulness allows you to  choose a response rather than just reacting. You can learn to respond to your own thoughts and to life with calm and tranquility. We get this with meditation.

What are the Methods?

Our mindfulness segment is divided into five levels. They go from those meditations that require least effort at level one with 'Sleep messaging' and get progressively more demanding of your attention up to level five which is pure meditation.

You can learn to be the best version of yourself, get to grips with your own mind, reduce stress, get control of your life, throw away bad habits and form healthy ones. These meditation sessions are between ten and thirty minutes long. With just a little practice, you can really begin to notice positive change.
